There’s no better time than now! I’m often told by people that they are hesitant to start a new training program with a new coach because of events they have coming up in the near future and that it’s not a great time to try new things in training. One of the biggest motivators for my current online clients has been to use this time constructively to work on certain aspects of their running to ensure that when events do start up again they are stronger, smarter and ready to go. This doesn’t necessarily mean that it’s time to work harder, however it’s a great time to develop consistency, work on weaknesses, find joy in our own unique journey, to try new things without the worry they will hinder or set us back in upcoming races, not to mention enhancing wellbeing, getting outside and building confidence during this trying time. Rather than focusing on what we can’t do it’s important to focus on what we can do. It’s also the perfect time to get to know your coach and for your coach to get to know you for the journey ahead. With a focus on incorporating running into a balanced lifestyle, we know that this can look a little different for everyone. Whether your goals are high performance based or for recreation we truly believe that our foundations of running riot create longevity and reward in the process at any level. With this in mind we have a number of program options available for all ages from basic to highly personalised, for novice to elite and everyone in between.
