Coaching is my passion, it is a part of me that drives my purpose when I thinking of running. I take great pleasure in empowering my athletes to set, achieve and succeed in their running journey’s goals. I enjoy the connection coaching gives me with the wider running community and whether it is face to face at a session, building a program online or at an event, I relish in each and every moment.

We often describe our kids as ‘Running Riot’ and to us this means running wild and free, not taking life too seriously, being in the moment and enjoying running in its active form within play. Have you ever watched a kid run? Kids seem to run with uninhibited freedom of movement and without judgement, it comes so naturally to them. The idea of Run Riot was born from the notion of running like a kid, bringing joy to the movement and heading back to the foundations of why we run. Running is an activity that the whole family can enjoy and our family loves nothing more than to explore a trail or to run parkrun on a Saturday morning. So from here a brand was born that can be enjoyed by the whole family while ‘running riot’!
