FULL-TIME ONLINE CLIENT – from $27.50 per week
Suitable for those interested in improving their running journey in a very focused and specialised manner. These clients receive weekly programs and feedback through a platform called Final Surge, that are specific to their long-term goals but are heavily influenced by their current life situation. All clients are coached holistically and a balance between their training, life commitments and my coaching philosophy is the main focus. I aim for the highest possible quality outcome for each individual athlete through their program in a manner that ensures the client has ongoing success and longevity in their running.
GUIDED ONLINE CLIENT – from $15.00 per week
Suitable for those looking for direction and focus in their running. A generalised weekly program that is built around the Wednesday Run Riot Session (included in price) and other core sessions, such as the long run. Runners will be given direction and encouraged to engage with the program to suit their individual goals. Runners are given access to Final Surge to monitor their progress and feedback is given as required. This option is good for those looking to improve with some guidance from a coach.
