RUN 2 – December 28 @ 9:30am Berry Park: 1500m or 3000m Timed Run
RUN 3 – January 18 @ 9:30am Morse Park: Form, Drills and Games Based Session
RUN 4 – January 24 @ 9:30am Morse Park: Mini Athletics Tabloid Games
Pre-booking is preferred to avoid missing out, but not essential - numbers will be capped for each session.
Equipment – clothing appropriate to the conditions on the day, running shoes, water bottle and any required medication (asthma puffer)
